Thanks, Zac, I have just one problem with the swan - he's too far on the right side. I was hoping that he would swim a little further to the left, but he smiled and turned around ๐ Luckily he stopped there for a moment so that the image has become sharper than I had thought.

I think that you should get yourself a catapult Hannes. If you drop a stone into the water in the water behind the swan, it will swim further to the left, or it might get a fright and start to fly. Then you can get a shot of a flying swan in the photo ๐
Something like this, although it is not a swan, and the cormorant is not on lovely calm water.
That is certainly a beautiful photo my friend and I can see why you like your hikes as a sight like this waterfall will also mesmerize me. Congrats on a fabulous capture.

lol, the problem is that often she means "yes, of course" and so I can never know ๐คฃ !LOLZ but my photo trips are so boring for the other person that she might accompany me only once - ask my daughter because she will not join me on a photo trip again ๐
Oh, there is a payment, but our landlord pays these costs first and we then pay them with the running costs of the apartment. It isn't much though.
I think the swan would immediately fly away and I certainly will be too slow to take a photo like yours ๐

We traveled to another town to attend a charity seminar and I took some photos along the way. Time we got back home our Friday was gone as it was 5pm ๐

Good evening Zac,
we have had two rainy days and I haven't been in the mood to go online after taking only 3 photos yesterday, of which 2 are almost the same, and none today ... I was driving around for nothing.
The raining will go on tomorrow and I'll be mostly offline till Wednesday, I think, because in the next two days I have to go through training - shooting and various other techniques. I hate that - these are 2 lost days for me. Maybe my bad mood results from knowing what I will do in the next two days ... it's gonna be sooo boring ๐
I haven't heard that term but it's very true. Always when my wife's with me I feel bad when I take photos because sometimes she can't understand why I take a photo ... sometimes even I can't understand it afterwards ๐คฃ !LOLZ
We have a lot of scammers and other criminals here, but the majority of people is correct, I believe ... I hope ๐ค๐
As soon as Lady Patience joins me on a photo trip I'll sit down and wait patiently for birds and other animals to photograph, but as long as I'm alone I just walk on and look for not fast moving objects ๐
I have seen the waterfall and I love that shot.
Especially in Spring, when all the snow is melting on the mountains, there are many waterfalls like yours around. This year there will not be that many, I'm afraid, because we didn't have a lot of snow.
My dream delivered rain, hail and snow - it was one of the days when I better had stayed in bed ๐
