Ingredients for making Fereni :
2 glasses with handles (one measure) of cold milk
2 tablespoons rice flour
1 tablespoon sugar
Cinnamon
Jam
Almonds or pistachios for design (optional)
how to prepare :
To prepare Fereni, you must first pour cold milk into a medium saucepan.
Add the rice flour to the cold milk and stir well until the flour dissolves completely in the cold milk.
Then add the sugar and start dissolving it.
Now put the pot on the heat and add water to it and stir regularly.
Be careful not to stop stirring as this will prevent the rice flour from dissolving in the milk evenly. Then stir it regularly to thicken a little. Then turn off the heat and pour into a suitable plate.
After cooling, design and serve with cinnamon and jam
