Entah dari mana asalnya dan siapa yang pertama kali menamainya, makanan ini disebut Nasi Gila. Makanan pinggir jalan yang pastinya ngga sehat (ahaha) tapi enak..
Pertama mencoba makanan ini waktu masih jadi anak kost sekitar 18 tahun yang lalu. Kesan pertama benar-benar unik rasanya tapi sangat enak 🤤🤤🤤
Dulu masih sangat langka orang yang berjualan makanan ini, tapi sekarang udah mulai umum sepertinya.
Nah di foto ini, hasil "kreasi" rumahan Nasi Gila ala aku sendiri dengan bahan seadanya 😆
Rasanya? Ya tentu beda laah dengan yang dijual di abang-abang pinggir jalan..tapi not bad lah 🤣
Kebetulan yang ada sosis sama ayam suwir aja, yasudahlah tinggal tambahkan telur sama kol dan sawi 🤤

I don't know where it came from and who the first named it, this food is called Nasi Gila. A street food that is definitely not healthy (ahaha) but delicious..
I tried this food for the first time when I was in Bandung about 18 years ago. First impression is really unique taste but very good
In the past, it was still very rare for people to sell this food, but now it has become common.
Now in this photo, is my own "creation" of Nasi Gila. It is a simple version of it.
The taste? Of course it's different from the ones sold on the roadside...but it's not bad 😁😁😁
