Dandays don't feel forced to post too much if it starts getting in the way of other things! You definitely need to make space for all of the priorities and also take a break.
I think you are doing a pretty good job as it is with your current posting amount.
One of my major reasons for not reblogging a lot is that I don't want a person who visits my profile for the very first time to get confused about which posts are mine and which posts are reblogged since sometimes even I don't read the reblogged part when I visit other people's profiles lol.
