Tengo la suerte de contar con varios de los que fueron de las primeras amistades que hice en mi vida cuando a penas empezaba la educación primaria, uno de ellos es mi amigo Carlos, quien estudió conmigo toda la escuela primaria y secundaria hasta que nos graduamos, en ese momento, cada uno tomó distintos caminos en el ámbito académico, sin embargo, seguimos estando en contacto desde entonces hasta la actualidad, siempre que podemos nos reunimos para conversar y compartir un agradable momento.

Hace un tiempo les comenté que Carlos tuvo una hija a finales del año pasado, un pequeño detalle que nos llenó a todos de mucha alegría, por la amistad tan cercana que tenemos Carlos y yo, con cariño le digo a la pequeña que ella es mi sobrina. Igualmente, a la madre de la niña, que, si bien no conozco desde hace tanto tiempo, al pasar de los años le he tomado un gran cariño y la puedo llamar mi amiga.

Por su puesto, cuando nos vemos, y más aún después de tanto tiempo sin reunirnos, resulta muy agradable el encuentro, solemos enfocarnos en actualizarnos respecto a las últimas novedades que han ocurrido recientemente, en cuanto al trabajo, los estudios y uno que otro tema familiar del que no hayamos podido conversar, luego solemos recordar viejos y buenos momentos de aquellos días cuando nos veíamos casi a diario en la escuela, sin bien, todo el tiempo estamos en contacto por teléfono, nada se compara con el poder reunirnos en persona y poder conversar frente a frente, como es de esperarse, él es quien últimamente ha tenido más novedades que contar, pues tiene una pequeña que le regala nuevas historias a cada momento.

A medida que pasan los años es normal que vayamos renovando nuestras amistades y algunas simplemente quedan como un recuerdo, pue no lograron trascender en nuestra vida, sin embargo, existen casos totalmente opuestos, donde estas amistades van trascendiendo hasta el punto de volverse inquebrantables, de verdad que me alegra que Carlos sea una de esas grandes amistades que he podido mantener por muchos años y espero poder hacerlos por muchos más, pues a pesar de no vernos constantemente, cada vez que nos reunimos es como si el tiempo no hubiese avanzado. Ahora que él está construyendo una familia para él es una nueva etapa en su vida, y la verdad me alegra que la este disfrutando y que me deje compartirla con él.
