Thank you :) I wasn't this active before, I stared by doing exercises from home, I remember y first 2 days at home, I was exhausting and I just wanna quit, lol. But I remember myself why I was doing that, when I got fitter and more stamina-wise, I finally started going to the gym. What I'm getting at is that I started with a YouTube video of a 45-day challenge.
