Hola amigos de #hive, como estan hoy? Hoy vuelvo a pasar por aca para mostrarles mi ultima comida, nada mejor que empezar el dia con un buen perro caliente hecho en casa y a nuestro gusto; es un proceso que no tiene nada de complicaciones, creo que cualquiera puede hacer esta comida y estoy seguro que ninguna es igual, cada quien le agrega algo diferente o su proceso no es igual, lo importante es que la finalidad es la misma, degustar y disfrutar una buena comida.

Como ya les dije es bastante sencilla y sus ingredientes no son nada del otro mundo por lo que los podemos conseguir con facilidad, aparte son bastantes económicos por lo que podemos cenar o bien sea desayunar esta comida con frecuencia.

Ingredientes:

• Panes para perro caliente
• Variedad de salsas
• Salchichas
• Picadillo de vegetales
• Papitas

Today I stop by here to show you my last meal, nothing better than starting the day with a good homemade hot dog and to our liking; It is a process that does not have any complications, I think that anyone can make this meal and I am sure that none is the same, everyone adds something different or their process is not the same, the important thing is that the purpose is the same, taste and enjoy a good meal.
As I already told you, it is quite simple and its ingredients are nothing special so we can get them easily, apart from being quite cheap so we can have dinner or breakfast this meal frequently.

Ingredients:

• Hot dog buns
• Variety of sauces
• Sausages
• Vegetable hash
• Potatoes

Bueno mi gente, primeramente yo corto todos los panes para que el proceso sea mas rapido y no estar de uno en uno; el repollo lo ponemos en agua con vinagre por 10 minutos, este paso es muy importante.

Los demas ingredientes los acomodamos de manera que tengamos todo cerca y sea facil de armar el perro caliente.

Well my people, first I cut all the loaves so that the process is faster and not be one by one; we put the cabbage in vinegar water for 10 minutes, this step is very important.
The other ingredients are arranged so that we have everything close and it is easy to assemble the hot dog.

Luego de rallar la zanahoria y haber picado el repollo los combinamos para hacer nuestro picadillo.

Para el siguiente paso solo debemos poner a cocinar las salchichas, no mucho porque como saben se ponen muy blandas.

After grating the carrot and having chopped the cabbage, we combine them to make our mincemeat.
For the next step we just have to cook the sausages, not much because as you know they get very soft.

Para concluir solo debemos tomar los panes y echarle todas las salsas, sobre ellas ponemos la salchicha y agregamos bastante picadillo de repollo con zanahoria.

Nos quedaria aplicar mas salsa y para terminar echamos las papitas; esto fue todo para tener nuesto perro caliente, sencillo y práctico.

To conclude, we just have to take the breads and add all the sauces, on them we put the sausage and add a lot of cabbage with carrot hash.
We would have to apply more sauce and to finish we add the chips; this was all to have our hot dog, simple and practical.

Espero les haya gustado la breve explicación, cada quien puedo agregar mas ingredientes para hacerlo mas potente; colocar la salchicha de su preferencia, abundante queso o cualquier otra cosa que nos llame la atención.

Esta fue mi forma de iniciar el día, espero que ustedes también hayan empezado de una gran manera.
