Working with people is the hardest job. Nurses' work is poorly paid in my country. They are forced to work overtime because of understaffing, and many are completely resigned. It is not just the miserable pay, but the constant round of sad events and human tragedies. I used to be oblivious to this, but I have spent some time in hospitals in recent years and nothing has made me happier than to find that my loved ones are being cared for by smiling and helpful women...
For people in bed, you're usually all they have and there's no point in worrying about the reactions of people who don't walk in your shoes. We are living on Earth full of weird people. And lots of them are dumb as fuck. You probably meet them from time to time ;)

Yeah, it’s definitely not an easy job, and we’re also understaffed,so many people resigned during the pandemic. But still, Austria isn't so bad when it comes to pay, which is why I moved here. There’s no way I’d be doing this in Slovenia, where the pay difference is around 1,000 euros! 🤦♀️I just can’t understand why there’s such a big gap in pay for the same hard work and emotional energy. It’s sad how poorly some countries pay for such demanding work. And yes, we still have to smile and be friendly, which isn’t a problem, but like you said... sometimes you meet people who seem to be missing a few brain cells! 😂 Thanks for stopping by! ☺️
