And I started to prepare several things for you. Here the ingredients and the preparation.
●Para los coquitos:
•2 cocos secos.

As for the preparation, scratch the coconuts, prepare a caramel and when it was at its point add the grated coconut, mix gently and that's it ... divide the mixes to add the coloring and proceeded to prepare the coquitos.
●Para las galletas:
•3 tazas de harina de trigo.
•4 huevos frescos.
•1 taza de azúcar.
•4 cucharadas de margarina
•esencia de vainilla.
● For the cookies:
•3 cups of wheat flour.
•4 fresh eggs.
•1 cup of sugar.•4 tablespoons margarine
•Essence of vanilla.
Mix the sugar with the margarine, I added the eggs one by one, add the flour and finally the vanilla.
●Para los suspiros:
•3 huevos frescos (claras).
•1 taza de azúcar.
•colorantes.
● For sighs:
• 3 fresh eggs (whites).
• 1 cup of sugar.
• colorants.
Beat the whites with the sugar until stiff, separate and add coloring.
