Yes it’s true. There is Snow in Summer, but it is certainly unusual, unless you are at 7,500 feet or 2,300 metres above sea level. This is the view from the hiking trail at Sunshine Meadows, British Columbia or is it Alberta? How about both. Yes, the border is actually right here. On this day the weather was stellar! Short sleeve shirt weather actually. A truly excellent easy hiking experience to say the least!

So beautiful photos!
Thanks
The view looks mesmerizing 🤩
It was for sure!
You would think the snow would make everything colder, yet it is deceptively nice in the summer. Not sure how it supports the snow. Unless it is my imagination on hos warm/cool it is.
Beautiful. Beautiful. So lovely, i had to say it twice.
That snow looks cool.
Wow snow in summer?
Yeah In mountain and hills it can be seen.
That is a beautiful mountain. Love the white color while the others are already green.
does it have thick snow in winter?
Dear @daveks very similar to the Andean Páramos to the West of Venezuela, my youngest son also tells me that he lives in Argentina and works in very similar areas, even 24 hours is pure ice. I like these places to visit, but to live it is hard, our habit of living in warm areas facing the Caribbean Sea, is a very radical change from very hot to excessive snow or cold. It's a nice post my friend.
Indeed God's country! Oh for such perfect mountains and terrain! Thanks.
This mountain's snowy appearance struck me as an alluring sight. A pleasant location. Nice work done with the camera, thanks for sharing @daveks
Thanks, it was a great day to be outside.
We had our first flurries in Michigan yesterday 😒. Didnt stick though.
Weather up here is still quite warm, no snow at least at low elevations.
Wow! Good trekking!
It was amazing.
