Dear @daveks very similar to the Andean Páramos to the West of Venezuela, my youngest son also tells me that he lives in Argentina and works in very similar areas, even 24 hours is pure ice. I like these places to visit, but to live it is hard, our habit of living in warm areas facing the Caribbean Sea, is a very radical change from very hot to excessive snow or cold.
