I must say it is a refined criteria and is clearer than the previous one. With regard to imagery I would say, this criterion is better than the previous one. It was often impossible for me to find an emotive image for the article (related to the topic) . However, finding images that intact the reader's flow with the article is a time taking but a possible job. What I have understood, this grading system is giving higher grade to those efforts.

Now I am also clearer about what I am supposed to do with regards to creativity.

Definitely, much easier to combine your words, formatting, and imagery into an emotive experience rather than just focusing on the image alone.
