He is quite remarkable.
I think he has some bad data skewing his approach, though.
We are doing much better than when the n2 enabled most of what he says is happening.
The 'bad' whales were much more effective at sucking up the inflation back then.
Now, if we could get the 1000mv vote limit respected, we could see a better distribution happening.
