A whole lots of things can make a person stop loving their partner. However, some of the things may include the fact that it wasn't love in the first place, it could also be that they started noticing some traits in their partner that they didn't bargain for, also the partner may start acting out of line and sometime it may be that the individual started loving someone else and their partner becomes less desirable to them etc..
