This is not necessarily true. Just because somebody has a large stake doesn't mean the default intention is a good one. It's important to keep an eye on those with larger stakes since they have considerable influence and power.
They help to evenly distribute the token on the blockchain, basically ensuring everyone benefits from the blockchain.
Evenly is not possible, but somewhat "fair" can be a goal. Even is a little bit vague and it doesn't really fit into the concept of Proof of Brain since no one person is the same (talking about human beings, not bots), and there are different social factors that have a part to play also.
I just want to engage, learn, give back to the community and just do my bit.
