I'm a person who downvotes, thus I must not have a brain. I was merely inferring meaning from your post, that's all, reading between the lines. But yeah I know who you were talking about, the guy that got kicked off POB for downvoting, who shall remain nameless.
Also nobody said you couldn't express your opinions, just expect a downvote to tag along with certain opinions and blanket statements expressed.
Just cause it's got a little flag doesn't mean the post can't be seen, contrary to popular belief, flagging is not the same thing as censoring.
I respect downvotes when they used it for good work.
