Why couldn't you just reset your Facebook password?

I tried but because I hadn't add an email to my account, Mr. Mark said I can't access it.

I literally had to commit a comment crime, for him to give me access to change my password..... I was so happy 😊

Or even make a new account while the old still worked, and slowly migrate over?

I did, but never really used it, all my friends were on the other account, and migrating them didn't sit well with me. 😴
