I am surely not a very pretty and beautiful lady but my husband loves me like crazy. If beauty was the criteria for loving someone, most of the people on this planet would be unloved. Beauty is in the soul of a person, facial beauty has nothing to do with the character of the person, it is god gifted.
I didn't marry my guy because he was rich. I married him because I loved him. And I loved him because he loved me and he is a good guy.
You don't love someone for a reason, that's fake. Especially for beauty and money, never!

That's not a reason to love him. That's a feeling, an emotion.
If you call that a reason, then ya I agree you cannot love anyone without a reason. Like Ilove my baby because he is my baby and I love my sister's baby because he is my nephew. So that's not a reason per say; it's natural.
I think your question would have been more appropriate had you asked If you can love someone without expecations.

This is a total different thing I think you have mistook that to be love but it is not love when love happens it is uncontrollable because whatever you do you see yourself drawing close to the person without knowing.
This example you gave is just called gold diggers who love for a reason and what they can get in return from the victim and when this is gone when there is no money and no fame then you'll see them backing away slowly from what they claim is love.
That was just love for money and not genuine love.
