Whether you wish anyone a happy weekend or not, the weekend has come and there is no going back.
That notwithstanding, I do hope that every one of us will have a happy weekend with fewer worries and more relaxation.
I don't know how this day will be, but like every other day, I plan to make the best of this day. The good news is, it has already started well for me. I was able to have a nice discussion with a special someone after my morning devotion before going about the sanitary part of this day.
I'm not big on starting my Saturdays with sanitation. I usually do that on weekdays but a day like this is an exception in Nigeria. Every last Saturday of each month is strictly for sanitation and there is meant to be restriction of movement until 10 a.m. This exercise is taken seriously in my part of the country.
I had to go downstairs and join the rest of the tenants in this work. We finished everything by 9:30 a.m and they decided to get drinks and enjoy the rest of the morning together. I had to excuse myself because I had other stuff to do. My family ran out of gas this morning and it's left for me to refill it.
That's not an easy job at all.
I waited until 10 a.m before going to a gas refill station. Our gas cylinder weighs 12.5Kg. I had to spend almost $18 to fill it up to 12kg. But that too is already done and dusted. It wasn't always this expensive. It's just that whenever price of anything goes up in Nigeria, it can only go higher.
I'm back home at the moment and I just finished having breakfast. Breakfast by 1:08 p.m
What's next?
The rest of my day is pretty much planned out. Once I publish this post, I will pay my barber a visit to do his thingy. My facial hairs are growing too much and it's too uncomfortable for me. I prefer a spotless face with no beards or moustaches whatsoever. The last time I had a haircut was last week Friday, but here we are again. One week, one haircut. Daymn!
I believe that I still have a couple of things to do today but this haircut comes first. Once I'm done having a haircut, I will take a cold bath and get back her to do stuff online... Till 5:45 p.m. GMT. That's when an intense match is scheduled to hold between my Liverpool vs your Chelsea. Haha

Hahah... Liverpool didn't do the business well but they didn't give up all 3 points either. It ended as a draw.
Hmmm... One things about my country is that things unnecessarily becomes expensive here and we are left to deal with it the way they appear.
It's a survival of the fittest.
There are crazy things that happen in my country... but yours could be higher on the list of crazy things from the things I've read ;/
Today's sanitation was really funny.
In a normal, the people around me go against the rules and the road is always but today, the road was dry
It's like the government decreed that those who stay inside would get money, because apart from that it would have been rowdy.
Hahaha... it seems like people are beginning to realise the importance of keeping their environment clean without being coerced to do so.

Well done, weekends are days meant to rest from every office work but the same weekends are days you work most that I have come to realized because you will want to carry our all pending chores whereby you will be left with little or no time to rest. Happy weekend.... @kenechukwu97
Hmmm... My weekend is just like everyother day but like you noticed, I'm always busy over the weekend. That's the busiest time of each week for me.
