I am not sure how the system works on POB but I think if you stake more of your earnings then you'll have enough power to publish and comment
Hey @lunacian It's like, the more you stake, higher is your voting power. That allows you to give better upvotes and in turn earn better curation rewards. Keep indulging and you will get to know a lot more.

Just as you found ways to acquire sufficient SLP to do many things, it is similar with HIVE and Hive Power. You'll get the hangg of things eventually, you just havve to be patient here.

Welcome to the POB @lunacian, the issue your are facing is because of lack of resource credits. I would advice you to ‘Power Up’ whatever hive you get in rewards initially. To permanently increase the amount of resource credits your account can hold.
Alternatively you can also ask for some delegation of HP(Hive Power) from your referrer. Or buy some 3-4$ of hive and power it up.

Hi, You seem to be new here. Welcome. To address the issue of low resource credit which results in the power to interact and publish, I'd advise you rent hive power delegation from blocktrades.
Just assisted you with renting 11hp for 90days. It should help make up to 10 commands per day. Going forward, you will need more HP to interact more around here

BEER.It sounds like you fell victim to RC Blowout, and that put you in RC Jail. It happens to just about all of us as we start our journey on Hive.
Ultimately, the fix for RC Blowout is having sufficient Hive Power. However you end up getting it, the minimum amount of HP you need to avoid RC Blowout is within the sweet spot between 15 HP and 30 HP. I'm still trying to confirm this, but that's my guess.
The surest way to get more HP is as everyone else here has said: engagement. Making posts usually consumes @ 20% of your RCs, so it's OK if you just post when you can; but definitely upvote and comment and reply. Once the HPs start building up, everything you do has more impact (even voting power, which starts at 0.00 but progresses enough to where you begin to see curation rewards).

As regards to your power to publish more post and engage in comments, you have to fund your hive power delegation.
I just hope you will understand it when time goes on, for now I will advice you engage more in activities I'm the community.
