My name is Nusrat Jahan My home is Bangladesh. I am a college student. I have just started studying in college.
I will tell you about human health. I am not generally health conscious because to my knowledge I am now a college student. So I need different times during my studies so I can't take care of my health as well as my studies. I will share with you the knowledge I have gained from my studies.
People are usually involved in any physical ailment or physical problem. As a result of neglecting one's health, if a person takes care of his health, he will never get any disease in his body even though it will be limited and will not last long.
So every person like us should take care of their body along with food and spend the day with physical exercise. The more food you miss, the worse your body will get. There are a few gyms around our area. Every morning when I go to college I notice that a lot of people come to the gym to take care of his body but it is not possible for us middle class family to go to the gym because gym salary is much higher in Bangladesh.
You don't just have to take care of food and exercise. A person should get six to eight hours of sleep every day, if you can't control your sleep then your body can be disturbed and it can ruin your health. If a person cannot sleep according to the limit, his health will be affected and if he sleeps according to his limit, his health will still be affected.
In order to maintain good body health, we should pay attention to all aspects, we should pay attention to food, we should pay attention to sleep and we should pay attention to regular exercise. Then people will never feel worried about their health and there will be no fear of loss of health.
You can see in the picture that I am a very thin person and I don't need to exercise. My body is like a body that exercises like this. You can also see in the picture that I have two cousins, their bodies are much fatter than mine and they are in this condition as a result of not taking care of food and their own body.
And it may be that they eat and drink properly, that's why their bodies are like this and I don't pay any attention to eating and drinking, that's why I'm a very thin person. Now you tell me what I should do and I am enjoying myself writing to you about health here. Thank you all.

You have said it all dear.
We should take care of our health at all times - from minimizing stress to exercising regularly, eating good and balanced food, and getting enough sleep.
Exercising though for some people it is much easier to go to the gym, but at the same time expensive, I would advice you go for jogging, or even take long distant walks they all part of exercising.

Well said. However, as well as you take care of your study, you have to take care of your health; gym is expensive, Why not use some space in your house.
In case you find exercising more interesting and easy at the gym probably because you get to see different people doing the same thing you do. Then bring your household together and make it happen.
In addition, I don't think the size of the body connotes good health.

Perfect! Health needs to be taken care of so has to live healthy and long,
and we all know that Health is Wealth. However, you need to make some time for your exercise routine even if you are busy with studies .
Most times its difficult to take proper care of the body as you have said, some of us are work constrained, in such how do we maintain good healthy balances.
I know i definitely workout and eat good food but not all the time am free for workout. How can i maintain a healthy balance with the schedule of life currently.
