The only problem is - I can't find enough time to learn enough how to optimize (maximize) my Dcity earnings.

I prefer building educational cities. But if you build the city more effective way you can make a decent sim reward + HIVE reward & daily NFT airdrops as well.

With my 3452 HP I can earn 0.9 Hive (9 VAULT) per day. (roughly)
Assumption :- (If you delegated)
You can earn 246067 / 3452 = 71 * 0.9 = 64.1 HIVE per day.
But you made 649 LEO (LEO market price = 0.156)
So you make 649 * 0.156 = 101 HIVE per day.
Therefore, this seems profitable passive income than HP Curation atm.

Do you mean you hold the bleo in the BLEO-BNB farm and the harvest the CUB into the Cub Kingdom?
Or do you just swap the leo straight for Cub?
Personally I'm a fan of parking my LEO in the that bnb-bleo pool and more recently the swap.hive-leo pool but the later's rewards may well be short lived!
The return on bleo-bnb isn't as good as the cub-busd pool, but after the Polycub airdrop I think Cub is pretty much screwed, so I don't want to hold on to too much of it.
I mean it's just another DEFI coin isn't it? And with one failed IDO behind it, it's not looking good.
I have been looking at this option also. It’s tricky to compare TVL, APR and Cub factor. Did you decide it’s better then Cub-BUSD?
