Sometimes I could support you how to optimized city to make a decent income. For your SIM POWER you might earn daily HIVE rewards too.
I prefer building educational cities. But if you build the city more effective way you can make a decent sim reward + HIVE reward & daily NFT airdrops as well.

Just a question:- How much Hive Power you delegated to Leo project to make 600+ LEO tokens per day?

    With my 3452 HP I can earn 0.9 Hive (9 VAULT) per day. (roughly)
    Assumption :- (If you delegated)
    You can earn 246067 / 3452 = 71 * 0.9 = 64.1 HIVE per day.

    But you made 649 LEO (LEO market price = 0.156)
    So you make 649 * 0.156 = 101 HIVE per day.

    Therefore, this seems profitable passive income than HP Curation atm.
