If I understand you correctly, you concur with me that he is spreading FUD to buy more BTC privately at a low price. Later he will say BTC is the best thing since sliced bread. He also once tweeted that Tesla stock is over-valued, then the price went down, people panic sold. The Tesla stock price performed better than BTC for a while after that. What the CEO says on Twitter about the stock price doesn't make the cars less safe, or poorer in acceleration or less reliable. It does nothing to the cars what-so-ever.
