Returning To A Blooming Japan

in Proof of Brain5 days ago

I just returned back to Japan and I'm starting to miss the old days of deflation and a strong yen.

It seems every few months prices get ratcheted up, mainly on food.

My little steak cost $23 and it wasn't very good. I went to the vending machine in the station and drinks were almost $2! This doesn't sound expensive compared to California where food and drink are astronomical, but food has always been cheap in Japan. Thankfully some of the more ridiculous pricing in Tokyo is in the city center.

I took an early morning walk this morning to get a coffee and donut at Family Mart and prices seemed to be the same as last year.

Going into Famima I was reminded this is Hanami season, blossom viewing of the different flowering trees in Japan like the sakura.

The forecast is calling for the blooming to begin on March 24th, but it looks like they are blooming a bit earlier.

However, we are supposed to get rain tomorrow so that may slow down the process a bit.

The flowers absolutely changed my black pilling to white pilling. Despite hardships, there are God's creations everywhere that remind you of the beauty in life. It was awesome to experience the simple flowering that completely changed my attitude. Now, to channel that mindset into preparing, promoting and selling some of other God's creations, gem and minerals.

If you're black pilling, step outside and take a walk. Maybe something out there will help you re-focus and get back in the game. After all, there are expensive steaks to be bought and eaten!
