I will be writing about Habits today, what do you know or think about habits before today? let's see if we are on same page then.
WHAT ARE HABITS?
Habits as defined by Wikipedia is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. The subconscious part of is saying, that at some point, it becomes part you as time goes, to the point you carry out this activity/activities even without thinking about it. Then, one can say habits are learned behavior that becomes reflexive over time. e.g A child who eats and were told to do the dish often, will eat and do dish on its own with time. Therefore, when behaviour is developed to the extent that it is highly automatic, it is called HABIT.
WHY DO WE NEED HABITS
Your life today is essentially the sum of your habits. How in shape or out of shape you are? is as a result of your habits. How happy or unhappy you are? also is as a result of your habits or how successful or unsuccessful you are? can also be result of your habits. Since what you spend time thinking about and doing (each day) ultimately forms the person you are, the things you believe, and the personality that you portray. They matter to us because they are such a big part of who we are and what we do.

TYPES OF HABITS
Habits can divided into three types according to the nature of activities.
Motor habits:
These habits refer to muscular activities of an individual. These are the habits related to our physical actions such as, standing, sitting, running, walking, doing exercise, maintaining particular postures of body, etc.
Intellectual habits:
These are the habits related to psychological process requiring our intellectual abilities such as good observation, accurate perception, logical thinking, using of reasoning ability before taking decisions and testing conclusions, etc.
Habits of character:
We express some of our characters in the form of habits. For example, helping others who are in need, trusting people, being honest, talking in a friendly way, time management, hard working, keeping our dress clean and tidy etc.
Habits can be divided into three groups. The first are the habits that we simply don’t notice because they have been part of our lives forever e.g tying shoelaces or brushing teeth. The second are habits that are good for us and which we work hard on establishing e.g like exercising, eating well or getting enough sleep. The final group are the habits that are bad for us e.g smoking, procrastinating or overspending.
HABITS GOOD OR BAD?
GOOD HABITS
Are behaviours that are beneficial to one’s physical or mental health. e.g Regular exercise, balanced diet, monogamy, etc.
BAD HABITS
Bad habits are negative and harmful behaviour pattern. e.g procrastination , overspending and nail-biting etc. Pavlok Did make a very ambitious list of bad habits.

Mixed, but rather unhappy because of the financial discrimination and other problems in my country (Hungary).
I am sure that the financial discrimination is not a result of my habits, but rather the result of the habits of the corrupt politicians in my country. And also the result of the fact that the EU does not do anything against this tyrant government. We have quasi-dictatorship in the middle of Europe. Just it is not official. But there was at least once "Hello, dictator" to our "prime minister" in a EU meetup in 2015.
Greetings from Hungary.
Sorry to hear that.. I get your points vividly. I myself I am from Nigeria. Another country ruled by Corrupt politicians only can only embezzle funds for themselves and their immediate families whereas the masses suffer so I very much understand. But I am hoping and wishing you don't get too deep to things you can easily let go. I have my own habits which some is not on the government but myself. That is why I am working on a project about habits and addicts.. Hopefully you get to see it too.
