once upon a time... I was going for a jog on a warm summer's day and got a terrible cramp in my calf. Stranded, several kilometers from home, I had nothing to aid me but my sharp wits and forest instincts. I lived off lake water and bilberries (forest blueberries) for what seemed like months, as I limped back home.

The moral of this story is, jogging sucks.

Walking the stairs is enough for me now :)
I keep blueberries in the freezer, just in case

Smart man! That way if you cramp up on your way up or down the stairs you can just drag yourself to the freezer for salvation!
