You welcome! Happy to share this kind of ideas. This moment in world looks so hard, more than we can hold. And it's very necessary find some ways to relief this type of internal crisis. Recently I quit psych meds, and this still affect me. I don't wanna more meds by now, so I need try something like that. Probably soon I post more details about my auto-therapy!

I definitely stop taking meds also for the same reason that it was harder to feel than when I am of it. I know it is different per person but I rather want to feel something sometimes which is hard because our feeling is not equal to how people feel things. I am also doing my research on how to self soothe myself. Hoping for the best really in the future
