Healthy Relationships are needed for POB community. If we can build the strong Relationships, we will grow quickly. It is most important
The issue with this is there are so many conflicting views on things across POB and across HIVE as a whole. Those different opinions will always cause tension and conflict. Without mature conflict resolution and ways to solve issues that don't damage the parties and bystanders the POB community will struggle to come together! I still have high hopes though and have continued staking every token I receive as a reward!

Yes you're right about this as is one of the major factors that affect the pob community however Individual having conflict because of diff in opinion should handle there issues matured without raising attention to themselves.

Up I don't totally agree with that, human race is more than relationship but I will say is focused on survival in life, the quest for comfortable and self sufficient. Yes relationship may be a support to that but if human race is about relationship, that means we are struggling for nothing.

Without other people, we are in danger, and the things that we can obtain are limited... Relationships, even in a minnor level, are essential. Almost everythin that you use are produced by another person, be clothes, equipaments and such... food too. So...
Community is made of individual relationships. These individuals bump and bruise each other everyday. From afar it looks as if these relationships stay together because of tolerance but there is a lot more needed. Without forgiveness there is no healing and without hope there is no direction and without direction there is no purpose or meaning so relationships crumble. In essence the glue that holds relationships together is forgiveness, healing and growing.
Well surmised. Indeed Forgiveness helps to patch the wounds in relationship and strengthens it going forward.
Hope individuals drop their egos and pride and let forgiveness come in so we can move past the conflict has a community and truly grow
I think forgiveness has already happened here on POB. I see signs of a deeper understanding and new relationships built.
It's like kids playing in a playground.
If they are all playing by themselves with one kid on the slides and one kid on the swings and one kid on the monkey bars then we cannot say that they have become friends. In order to become friends they have to interact. And in the course of interaction some of those kids may become hurt.
I'm not gonna say whose fault it was because there are all guilty in some way or another. I'm just gonna say that sometimes it takes a little scrimmage before a friendships is started. One of them then realizes this fight is not what they wanted and they say, "I'm sorry." The two cry a little, laugh about it and fix a few things and then go on playing.
The world was like this when I was growing up and when I walk around the playground of our school I see the same things going on today. It's only the big people who have a difficult time playing this game. I can understand, it's because they have the most to lose.

I have a big problem that I try to handle sometimes, which is always talking about politics, haha.
But not the generic left-right, but trying to talk about the importance of the legislature, and I always try to get the word out about libertarianism.
Talking about politics is a tricky action. To much people don't like to have their beliefs questioned... And this is worst in Brazil with the scenary that we have right? I like to talk about it too, but lately, I prefer not, this give me more time to do what I need to do.

Until yesterday I had drawn 3 participants who received one vote each. The first a 100% vote, the second a 50% vote and the third a 25% vote.
As of today the new rule consists of:
If there are more than 10 participants, 5 will be drawn.
The first will receive a 100% vote, the second an 80% vote, the third a 60% vote, the fourth a 40% vote and the fifth a 20% vote.

The numbers are according to the time the comment was made. (Comments answering only "congratulations to the winners" are not counted)
The first comment is numbered 1, the second is numbered 2, and so on.
Only one number per participant.
If someone is replying to a comment made by a person other than your winners comment. then that will be counted as entry ?
Even my comment can be answered, what I don't count as interaction is the simplistic comment of just "congratulations", I consider it valid even if the person says for example "congratulations, I hope you continue with this luck and manage to win other PobTalks", that then it won't be an empty comment, but it will have context
