Cool, but kind of vague. Very appealing. Engagement rewards, right? What rewards do you mean, exactly? Or are you still sorting them out? A specific amount of pob, small upvotes... Or what?
It's the reward of a job well done and a stamp of approval:

Small positive votes, nothing that has an impact, but that doesn't leave them empty-handed either.
There are comments that generate dozens of responses and due to the luck of the draw they don't receive any votes, I believe it wouldn't hurt if I voted them for good content, with a small amount.
Wow that would be very great for you to do that, and it will also give the person motivation to bring about interesting topic next time.

For sure. The engagement in itself is like so relaxing now, feels like a reward. I was away to my mom's place and missed my phone at home so couldn't be available yesterday. It felt I was missing something badly.
I think I made every pob talk and if I missed then some how vikbuddy would remind me with a callout.
I admit it and confess that before I entered the talk without reading above, but then I began to pay a little more attention. and today I realized the change without. Having to read again. it is a way of stimulating the commitment of each participant. well done leader @vempromundo.pob
It was the same everyday so we just skim through to the comments. Only today it changed.
Definitely and you are not the only one in this category,am not really speaking for other's,but I believe 85% of engagers here don't read at all,we only go straight to engage.
With this to me,it shows that the rewards is not the driving force at all for some of us,but rather the level of interaction and talk that do happen here is what keeps us going

Well i support the idea,there are some users that starts a conversation which helps to increase the engagement on the pobtalk..
Some make an extra effort to make POB interesting and interact with others. There is nothing wrong with rewarding those lovely souls.
I guess this is good. I am now assured that even when I did make the top 3 on the draw. My content can attract more attention and I receive a bountiful reward.

How did you get to know we don't read it, all we do is just jump down to the comments section and light the whole room with comment and topics to discuss.
