Hello dear, I think it's very common and usually happens with everyone. It also depends on which phase of life you are in. But we should keep it in control and not effect our efficiency and touch with the reality. After how we can fulfil dreams if we don't gonna work for it, lol. I would suggest you to try to keep your busy all time, don't sit ideal for long. Also you can make your family members or friends to keep an eye on you, mention them to not let you into go into wonderland for long. Try avoiding activities which leads you into it for a while . Also engage with others and do activities which require complete attention and focus. you will find some improvement in you. Also don't worry about it much, be resolved and relaxed. I don't think it's a phase of life, because for as long as I can remember I've been like that. But over the years, I managed to get better and better and have control over it. Without a doubt, keeping busy is the key.
