Yeah, I too got 1st dose of covishield and will take 2nd one next month. Although i don't have doubt regarding the efficiency bcoz a large number of people already taken it. Nothing is 100% effective, but it's better to have seeing the options we have. Needless to say, it's better to get vaccinated then succumb to this deadly virus.

Yes, my whole family last year but nothing serious. Recoverd at home isolation within a week. Anyone in your family?
Ya, all of us. I don't know of anyone now who has not caught it. All my friends and family who managed to keep safe in the 1st wave got it in the second one. We all managed to do well with home isolation itself.
Hahaha.. I understand the science behind the vaccines but still, you see, it takes years to get a vaccine approved and this one came out so quickly. I never expected this. In fact, I thought at our age we might even not get it.
I've taken it, anyways. And if I turn into an Octopus, so will all others. An octopus family living happily ever after :D
