And tell us more about these "challengers" you speak of. And videos you're uploading. (I guess I could go back and binge read your posts which I may if I'm not feeling like doing work in my own business 🤣 but assuming I'm doing the right things for me today can you tell us...)

Are you coaching people online with the stuff that you know? And if so, where do we learn more?

So in this post i'm talking about a 5 minute fitness challenge i ran a while back, the goal of which was to help people establish a regular exercise habit, in the form of following along to a 5 minute workout video which i posted into a facebook group.

I started off by recording the videos the same morning i was posting them, but quickly realised it was better for me to record the day before posting. That way i had more time to make sure there were no technical difficulties.

The challenge workouts followed much the same structure as the 5 in this playlist..

I do coach people online, though i don't have any web webpage for that. Clients have come completely by referral or because there is an existing relationship. It's something that has come organically as my fitness coaching evolved over the last 15 years or so and became as much life coaching and even career coaching. So i qualified in coaching and NLP shortly before lockdowns hit. Good timing or what?? 😂

Oh cool! That's fun. Nice one! I can see how that could help people, who struggle with exercise, a lot!
