It's not that I always see this variety of mushrooms. We were on our road trip btw when walked to this market for vegetables and then I saw all these mushrooms;)

Haven't tried that one in the first photo.. We usually cook shiitaki and inoki
I haven't tried those from the first photo either, but all those from the second photo yes :))
