No estoy al tanto del caso. Pero estoy de acuerdo con lo que dices respecto a la flexibilidad. Creo una de las principales razones de deserción es causada por estas prácticas. Pienso que primero hay que educar, dejar un mensaje de explicación. Y estar atentos a la evolución. Pero si el usuario no reacciona positivamente, hay que llegar a otros extremos.
Entiendo también que es un área que exige mucho del curador, con una comunidad tan grande y activa estar recordando ciertos detalles es muy agotador. Habría que buscar nuevas soluciones.
