How interesting all this information! In my country, almost all the coffee we get in the commercial circuits is Arabica, as I suppose happens in many countries around the world. However, I think, as your post shows, this reality is changing and an important factor is that the taste of coffee lovers has become more complex, they are willing to more plastic taste adventures, if I may say so.
I myself, who am a fairly average consumer, find myself looking for something more on the labels of the coffee I buy.
