One thing I'd never seen before was coffee served with a small glass of sparkling water. With the coffee came some complimentary cookies, one for each coffee. I thought that was very nice and thoughtful.
That certainly is very thoughtful! Honestly, that sells me on a place. Like the other day, the lady at the counter gave me a candy after I'd had my coffee. It's a nice gesture and I feel it goes a long way towards creating a local cafe customer base. Love it <3 Sounds like you guys had a blast!
