A family outing had to have a mandatory stop for a snack and a delicious coffee. So my brother took us to the Ritz confectionery, an iconic place in Buenos Aires, which has a bakery, delicious pastries and coffee.
When we arrived it looked packed, with no tables available and the truth is that every time I've passed by there I've always seen it very crowded. But we managed to find a free table and the four of us sat down.
The service was quick, especially considering that the place was very full. We ordered a coffee with milk (cut) and toasted bread with ham and cheese, because my brother always told us about these delicious sandwiches, his favorites.
The place is cozy and very comfortable, it has an area with tables and another bakery and pastry area where you can buy to go. I didn't take many photos of that area because it was very busy and I didn't want to bother anyone.
The coffee came in a nice cup, not decorated, but maybe that's because the place was so crowded. One thing I'd never seen before was coffee served with a small glass of sparkling water. With the coffee came some complimentary cookies, one for each coffee. I thought that was very nice and thoughtful.
On the table there was sugar and sweetener to choose from according to your taste, as well as personalized napkins with the name of the establishment.
The coffee was just right, plenty of coffee and little milk. The coffee was of very good quality, it didn't taste burnt and it wasn't acidic either, I really liked it. Highly recommended.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the sandwich, an XL presentation, with lots of cheese, and of very good quality. It comes divided into 4, but each portion is generous, so you can order just one and share.
I really have no complaints about the place, as the facilities are comfortable, the service is very friendly, and the coffee and food were of great quality. It has everything to spend time with the family and create beautiful memories.

That toasted ham and cheese sandwich looks like the perfect combo with that coffee. I like the look of the coffee because it looks so rich and delicious.
There's something special about family coffee moments like these:)
A very pleasant moment with good food, all accompanied by a delicious coffee to liven up the meeting.
Thanks for sharing your experience with us.☕
Happy Monday.
The place looks nice, I liked the detail that the coffee was accompanied by cookies, not to mention the sandwich, it looks spectacular.
Nice family time
That certainly is very thoughtful! Honestly, that sells me on a place. Like the other day, the lady at the counter gave me a candy after I'd had my coffee. It's a nice gesture and I feel it goes a long way towards creating a local cafe customer base. Love it <3 Sounds like you guys had a blast!
