Oh yeah, occasional cappuccino drinkers are exempt, of course. Even I'll have one once in a blue moon, though mostly when I've had my caffeine fill for the day or the other stuff's hella pricier.

Is that pastry? It looks like pastry.

Yes, pastry from my Lidl, my favourite place 😁

Amen to that! Lidl is a lifestyle, as they say :)) And I'm not sure how practical it is in the UK, but here, it's majorly cheaper than other stores, so who doesn't like that?

yeah, it's way more affordable than many of the other supermarkets here. People like to turn their noses up, and even carry a Watrose bag (when they don't shop there) and they all carry the same goods. I was introduced to Lidl when I lived in the Netherlands, and I got hooked.
The bakery was a great addition:)))

Same here. I don't personally see the point in paying more for (essentially) the same merchandise. Esp since the lidl house brand goods are often tastier than more expensive stuff you find in other chains anyway. Bakery's also surprisingly fresh.

I mean, if you think about it, it's good a lot of people turn their noses up. Otherwise, the trays would empty quicker. Might not be enough to go around. Let them keep their noses high. xD

When I moved to the UK, I used to go to their random aisle every Thursday and it took me a while to get over that addiction. 😆

Some of us are still working on it, so kudos :))
