RE: The $10,070 habit

That's a pretty funny activity to do (calculating any one in particular food you've eaten over a lifetime). I never ate croissants in Canada because they were never any good and I didn't understand the hoopla over them. But here in France I eat a lot of them. I'm in the land of pastries and I'm definitely making the most of it.

Good choice on breakfast/lunch sandwich. It looks like a good one.

On a related topic, have you ever tried intermittent fasting (fasting for 1-2 days)? It's not easy because of (as you put it) the "habit" of eating, but it makes you feel amazing.

I've been to France many times and love their pastries! I didn't know you were there to be honest. Now officially jealous.

Intermittent fasting...I do this every day. In between breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and evening snack I fast. Oh, also when I'm sleeping too. 😉

Seriously though, as a diabetic, not eating like that wouldn't be very good.

lmao

Yeah I suppose diabetes would complicate things.

I have a few concepts that help me do what I have to, I just don't want to share them here as my personal health isn't blockchain-worthy. The fasting thing though, I know it's benefits but just cannot do it.
