Latte Art
Hi everyone , I know i said i would cover the Ethiopian and Brazilian coffee blend in my last post but i was a bit excited when i had finished editing my latte art video. This video is basically a collection of my pours which I decided to document. In the back ground you can hear a couple of my customers talk aswell as me. I sound so weird, some say i have a deep voice, so if you looking for a scary voice this holloween i am for hire .
I do hope you guys enjoy my latte art, specially the cup flip which is a pretty neat trick i learnt . Most people had done it with cortados which is served in the the clear glasses. I thought i would switch it up and use my cappuccino cups. The cups are abit uneven which is why i kind of messed on my shoes and floor. Waite Let me rather say that was all part of the act and it was intended to spill hahahah.
For some reason i have this biggest desire to make sure my coffee looks pretty so that is why latte art is a must for me to do. There are alot of patterns out there that look incredible, which i still want to learn. one thing i will say i need to add those neat details more so the art looks clean and neat.
Im not sure if you saw one of the cappuccino which is red in color in the video, that drink is called a red cappuccino which is a rooibos tea. You need a special basket for it so you can pour it like an espresso shot. Rooibos tea is kind of like a big deal in South Africa, where every body has drank it since they where young in the tea bag form . Some people do despise it and say it tastes like medicine, and some absolutely adore it and drink it daily as a ritual.
Thank you all for reading and whiching my latte art clip! next blog I promise i will do the coffee review!
Stay Caffeinated Everyone!!

That cup flip was impressive. What type of milk or cream do you use - like what percentage? I've been using 2% milk and I'm finding that it's too thin to make art like that. Maybe I need to use whole milk?
Thank you !!!!! I actually use full cream milk .. I find it nice and creamy, and my customers seem to enjoy it... with the almon milk I use Milkblab .. it's way thicker but you can still froth it pretty nicely for the latte art
Okay that makes sense. That might explain why I can't froth the milk up very well. I'll start using cream. Thanks for the tips 👍
OMG! That's so cool!
I think I'll leave that to the experts though 😂
Thank you 😊
You're very welcome:)
