While having less employees reduces the cost of the employers, giving the employees too much work (and/or too little rest) would mean less work effectiveness and might actually cost the business when the reduction in profit is taken into account. 🤔🤓 !PIZZA !CTP

That's true. But first of all most employers don't look at the long term and secondly they'll find more employees to do the same work. Of course this doesn't count for more specific jobs and jobs where one needs skills which cannot be taught quickly !LUV !CTP

I know of some companies that "oblige" their new employees to do overtime work where those employees are only compensated with only free snacks and transport (and that's only if their overtime hours are long enough). 🤔 Even if those employees are offered the "choice", they would have a hard time getting tenure in their job if they decline the "request". 🤯 On the other hand, employers who take care of and respect their employees are !loved even when the salaries are significantly lower. 🤗🤓 !CTP

I couldn't agree more !LOL !CTP

Looks like you experienced or witnessed it several times before. 😅 !LOL !CTP

Apart from the part where I liked to work for a signifiant lower salary !LOL !CTP

I know of some people who say that even their salaries are significantly lower than those of their friends who work in other places, they still like their job due to the free meals, accommodation, travel, equipment, and many paid leaves, where they almost don't have to spend their own salary to perform their job. 🤔🤓 !LOL !CTP
