Fire Photo Experiments

in PhotoFeed3 years ago

Fire is an amazing element, I really love to watch it and having a nice fire to prepare a barbecue is always something I really like preparing. Burning some smaller sticks and then pouring the coal over it to get some really nice and hot spot for the barbecue. I put some paper in the middle of some dry sticks and enlighten it, then I let the smaller sticks burn and pour coal over it, then I just need to wait several minutes before it is hot enough to put the meat over the barbecue griller. Some day ago in summer I took several pictures from the process of burning the smaller sticks, the fire looked really beautiful on those.

Because fire is for a lot of people associated with good food and warmth, making a fire like this is always putting a smile and a nice anticipation for good food in your mind. And for me it is associated with something positive every time I hear, smell and see it. If course it can also be destructive but if you have a positive connection to it you will probably always have a smile on your face when getting in "touch" with it.

The erratic movements of the flames are always different and It is really beautiful how many different shapes it can form burning.
