I bought a lensball some time ago and started doing some photography with it. I have to admit that I was a bit dissapointed because I saw some pictures made with a lens ball that where really impressive. Don't get me wrong the results are interesting by their own but I was expecting a little bit more. But we'll see maybe I will take some more pictures with the lensball in the future that are more interesting - stay tuned!
It is definitely a tool that can be interesting for some pictures, but I am sure that I will only use it sporadically. And light situations when I can play with lights and also the bokeh that is produced from out of focus elements are probably the more inbtersting situations for a lensball but also some landscape pictures can be intersting.

And that's a good idea. It can be used to shoot reflections, but it no longer needs puddles.
Just a little Thing to Play with, i will sometimes usw IT but Not too often.
Oh, I've seen a lot of photos with a lensball, it really looks interesting sometimes. I have not tried to shoot with it, I don’t even know why :) Good luck with your experiments!
