Visiting Passau for some evening shots

in PhotoFeed6 months ago (edited)

Today after work I decided to make a short trip to the City of Passau in Bavaria - Germany. It is situated directly at the border to austria and is at the confluence of Inn, Danube and Ilz. Because of this seldom situation this city has always been a rich city and therefor some really nice churches, a castle and some old beautiful buildings. The Innstadt in Passau is also something special since most of the time north of the Inn there is Germany and south of it its Austria at least after the Inn joins with the Salzach. Innstadt is a small part of Germany that is south of the Inn and there is no river as a natural border between Austria and Germany.

I enjoyed an Ice cream and a Kebab in Passau and then started to explore the city for the best spots for taking pictures at evening and night.

This first picture is my contribution to the #POBPhotocontest of @friendlymoose.

great beauty of that place.

Beautiful beautiful place

It does look lovely and I can guess that this was such a calming activity to do after a stressful day at work.✨

Of course it is a very calming activity. Especially longtime Exposure photography since you always need to wait for several seconds till the shot is ready.

I can imagine. Have a wonderful week ahead.🌺
