You are doing a great job so far, especially considering that you are running the whole thing alone!
Interviews sound good, I loved reading the old ones! They help a lot to get to know each other better!
I don't have any suggestions right now but if I think of something, I'll let you know.

Yeah I think the interviews will be a major improvement to not only be a "curation project". At one point I will definitely hit you up for one if you are interested ;)
