Dragons In The Clouds

Greetings, Fellow Cloudchasers, Cloudspotters, And Other Acolytes Of The Great Skyflame!

There's an awesome book by Father Cyberpunk, also known to this world as William Gibson, called Pattern Recognition. Not quite cyberpunk itself, this book is part of series that delves deeper into what could have been our close future society some ten or fifteen years ago. But also about this capability of our quite realistic human brains to recognize and actually look for patterns wherever we be.

Getting to one that's often above my head. There quite often be dragons.

This one is especially vicious-looking with something a bit demonic about it. Sorry if you can't find it, yet, but it's swooping and coming closer and closer...

Would it be more soothing to look upon the beast in black and white?

There be power to the monochromatic, of course, bringing the dramatic to the pattern ReCogNaTic... excuse my hip-hop.

Pattern recognition wiseguys would usually talk about the tendency of us seeing faces almost wherever we turn. But you know what else is wherever we turn? Nudes. I don't know if the dragons can recognize them as virgins, that should be in their brains as well as in ours. That would explain their presence, though, wouldn't it?

Let me just stick to the scary part for the duration of this post, at least... here be a close up of the jaws. Them sharp fangs and something hanging from them in tatters.

It might just be vapors and my imagination... but I doubt it.

Peace and... well... caution to all!

Yours,
