In Ancient Times, marriage or any contract relationship were easy to handle but now things are very complicated. I have witnessed very toxic agreements between couples and husband-wife. It is the main reason that more than 60% of females are waiting for the right person. We need to bring softness in contracts and agreements so that both families can easily decide about the future.
Marriage Cultures And Agreement
In Pakistan, people are following religious rites, but still, some Families have Feminist and Liberal Approaches. They think marriage is a complex process; hence, they go for a Prenuptial Agreement. This agreement is a Premarital Contract in which both partners decide about the future of the assets, properties, and kids if divorce or separation happens. It is good for the people who believe in it.
Being a Muslim, I believe in Nikkah (Marriage System). After Nikkah, two persons can reside forever together. It is a much better system than a prenuptial agreement. After marriage, some people can divorce, but he or she will be responsible for following Islamic Laws.
I have one divorced uncle whose properties were divided into his kids. This marriage was more like a prenuptial agreement. My aunt had agreed to the engagement on the condition of equal distribution of wealth if divorce happened at any part of her life. They spent more than twenty years together but due to unfavorable circumstances, my uncle decided the separation. Now my aunt had not only shared the wealth of my uncle but also the kids. It was a hard time to see them apart, but it was the reality of life. If someone doesn't feel comfortable with us, then he or she should deserve the right to make a decision about his or her life.
Final Thoughts
Nowadays Prenuptial Agreements are very common in many countries. Through this contract, ladies feel more safe with their partners. Although it is good in some religions it can result in injustice. For example, if any of the partners want to spend life comfortably and are not willing to divorce, the other partner is willing to divorce without any reason. In my country, people only marry according to Islamic rites. They all are living a comfortable life. But still, there are chances that anything can happen at any part of the life. We should not go for agreements that can harm one's life severely. I don't like these agreements personally. I shall happily marry according to the Islamic Laws. I shall not demand anything from my wife or from her parents. This relationship will only be built based on trust, belief, love, and confidence. We need to change our thinking and should make ourselves able to understand the psychology of our partner. We need to make compromises on agreements instead of wasting a relationship on the base of divorce.

The problem is that divorce courts are often wildly unfair to the men and they may want to protect their assets, resulting in the men wanting prenups.
It can be the reasons, but divorce happens due to Multiple factors; we can't count a single one seriously.
