This creating awareness is also something I'm looking to be more invested in. The people I bring in are usually not ready to work, but want to just make quick bucks, and that can be frustrating to the onboarder who is only trying to show them the right way the system works.
But then, there are still people out there who would be willing to work. We just have to get to them. So the onboarding never stops.🤗
It's really annoying bro but as you have said, there are people who will really have an impact but it might just take time to find them.
