It's the second day in 2025 already, but it's not too late to wish every member of the Hive learner's community a prosperous New Year. As usual, every new year is a new beginning for many of us, even though logically, it's just another beautiful day.
Most people start the new year with fresh goals and motivation, which I believe is a fantastic thing because this mentality somehow helps us recharge mentally. It's like finishing a lap on a track, and you are already motivating yourself to do a lot better getting onto the next lap.
It has become a tradition for us to list out so many things that we want to achieve in the new year, and it's amazing how this culture has helped us to not just forget our goals but also help us stay on track with these goals. We get to know what we have achieved, our progress with these goals, and whatever challenges are causing setbacks with these goals.
Writing down my goals for the New Year started for me as a kid. I do write these goals out and paste them on a wall just to stay on track with them. It was basically about my studies since there were fewer expectations on me, but as time passed, my goals have expanded well. Hive isn't excluded from my goals this New Year, and I have a few things marked as musts for me in 2025. But before I mention what these goals are, I would like to appreciate everyone who made 2024 goals realistic.
Although I didn't achieve everything, the little I did wouldn't have been possible with so many people on the Hive blockchain. I really appreciate whales and everyone who generously grace my content on the blockchain; you guys are a big inspiration, and I can't thank you enough for the love.
Community owners and moderators are not exempted; it's amazing how you guys keep showing up every day despite having other commitments offline. I know how stressful it can be keeping things organized in different communities, so you guys are doing a great job.
A big shout-out to everyone whose content has inspired me one way or the other, and my appreciation wouldn't be complete without showing everyone who turns up on my post always to show me support. You guys are amazing, and words won't express how grateful I am.
My Hive goals for 2025 are all about growth, and I believe that's what everyone wants. The blockchain has done so much for me, and I will definitely be doubling my commitment to the blockchain this year.
- Increasing my engagement on Hive.
I intend to increase my engagement on Hive this year. 2024 started pretty well for me regarding my engagement on the blockchain, but at a time, I started having numerous offline engagements, and it reduced my commitment to the blockchain.
I didn't stop doing the usual, but I know deep down that I was slacking off, so this year, I have made up my mind with the hope that nothing will prevent me from focusing on this goal. Expect from me more quality content and interaction with other authors in the year 2025.
- Creating More Awareness About Hive.
Creating more awareness about Hive is a new priority for me. I did bring a few people to the blockchain in the past, but they are not so active on the blockchain any longer. I can only onboard them but can't force them to engage, so it's a task for me to onboard people who are truly willing to bring value to the blockchain.
I won't be rushing myself on this, and even if it's just one serious person in a month, I would be very happy about it.
- Earning, Saving and Investing.
Financially, Hive came through for me in 2024. I can't explain everything, but my earnings really helped, especially when I was ill sometimes in the previous year.
On Hive this year, I want to earn more so that I can save more, stake more, and invest in some projects I find really promising on the blockchain. At the moment, I am on a power down with the intention of benefiting the bull run if it eventually happens, and it would be a great opportunity for me to boost my staked HP.
All these goals are achievable, and I just hope that nothing interrupts me while trying to make things happen. To everyone, I believe that we just have to be intentional about our goals and let the results prove how well we have invested our time into fulfilling those goals.
It's still a long way to the end of the year, but 2026 will be the year of the twinkle of an eye, so we mustn't procrastinate about these goals. I pray that we go through 2025 with God's grace and protection over our lives.

I love your set of goals and the way it is structured, it is not bounded by a specific amount of HP like lot of people do but it has to do with adding value to hive blockchain in a way that matters and also build something significant for yourself in the process.
Most people don't understand that hive blockchain and its users enjoy a symbiotic circle of rewards. Which means when you add value to the platform you get rewarded for it in the process and also assist in building personal knowledge about the affairs of hive blockchain.
Nothing is more admirable to do what you enjoy, contribute to the growth, get rewarded for it and also enjoy individual growth in the process. It is what makes hive fascinating.

This creating awareness is also something I'm looking to be more invested in. The people I bring in are usually not ready to work, but want to just make quick bucks, and that can be frustrating to the onboarder who is only trying to show them the right way the system works.
But then, there are still people out there who would be willing to work. We just have to get to them. So the onboarding never stops.🤗

Reading your post made me realize I have been setting goals from a young age but never thought of them as goals; I thought they were just a simple wish of a little girl.

Wonderful Hive goals for the new year. As for getting more people in, guys out there only want what will deliver instant yield, they don't want to build.
You are the second or third person I've read his article lately who's already powering down to enjoy an impending bull run. Honestly, I'm getting confused here. Last year Hive traded at around $0.2 for a while before firming up and getting to about $0.5 - a turnaround of about 100%. Right now, it's trading close to $0.4.
Is there an information out their that I'm missing that has ascertained a surefire bull run?
Certainly, the crypto market experiences yearly bull run at some point. But it looks like Hive's own is certain, right?
It's annoying how people just want to earn fast forgetting that there is always a process.
Nothing is certain about cryptocurrency and believing hive will shoot past $0.40 might be true or false but we can't tell. I intend swapping if it goes past 0.40 and if it doesn't, I will just power up my hp again.
